Hampden merchants call for closing methadone clinic
Citing reports of drug dealing, loitering, littering and other nuisances, Hampden merchants and a Baltimore City councilwoman are calling on the state to close a 3-year-old methadone clinic that overlooks The Avenue.

Yes! Close this! I have called 311 numerous times to report the loitering on the avenue at all times of the morning. It brings people to Hampden who would not otherwise be in the area and who are clearly on various drugs and other substances

No matter how you look at it or where you open it- it's been needed there for a long time. Look at it like this ~ it could be you or yours. There should be others... Roland Park, Remington, etc.
