Living Social: Deceitful Carpet Cleaning Companies

Living social is great but there are carpet cleaning companies making their potential buyers believe their getting a great deal for getting 3 rooms steam cleaned for $30 such as the recent ad. This company is a marketing company and if they are selling it on living social for $30 then they get $18 from Living Social per job sold. What then happens is there gonna call another company up to do the work and charge you for every chemical the use and every stain unless you just want water applied and half of it sucked back out. The only company Ive had success with was Md Carpet Cleaning Services. They asked onloy if I had any other areas that needed to be done and the cleaner was included as well as deodorizer. I could tell their goal was to keep me as a customer for the long term after trying to use several different companies selling on Living Social. Im just tired of the scammers out there ripping off honest people that I will in the future not waste my time trying to save a couple of dollars and just hire the honest guys and save myself the frustrations it has created.

Ty Mary, I also had a similiar experience with a carpet cleaning company, they told me it was $75 on the phone to do 3 rooms and when the tech arrived it went to $150. I told him goodbye and ty for stopping by. I started doing research when I came across this thread. I call maryland carpet cleaning services out of Hampstead and was quoted $99 for 3 rooms. They arrived on time looked at the 3 rooms and said it was $99, they we're very friendly, polite and I instantly trusted them. They did a remarkable job and my rooms smell sanitized and cleaned. I've been lucky I found cjgreencleanig.com and is a Family wowned and operated, no corporation policies only pesonal approach, great service 3 rooms for 79 and I added 2 more rooms for 20 each, my carpet look so good, Technician very friendly. you have to try it.

I know there are a lot's of people that call themself "carpet cleaners" and offer you "deals" like whole house for $100.00 and couple of my friends ended up paying like $280.00
I met OXIGREEN COLORADO, the guy is a certified Tech IICRC and he is a professional and easygoing clean 5 rooms x $89 as advertiing, I added my stairs for $30 and he did a wonderful job, from now on I will call him and you guys should try his service, his family own a carpet cleaning franchise that make TV advertising.

I have heard the bad stories about carpet cleaners that are not honest. I tried a company out of Gainesville florida called Carpet Sparkle. They had a coupon for 89.00, when they showed up, it was 89.00 for 3 rooms. I was quoted 70.00 for an area of tile, and grout cleaning. I am so happy with the results.
