This was a bad case of the defense having to play longer out on the field against a future HOF qb and the offense grinding to a halt. Before I knew it the score was 17-0 and Flacco was'nt even warmed up,yet.I don't like this statement that playing is'nt all about wins and losses or something like that from coach Harbaugh.I know he was circling his wagons but this is'nt little league anymore and he might want to couch that statement a little differently next time at a news conference.Otherwise, purple fans, put your hardhats on,this might get rough if we can't win some soft games coming up.

It was ugly to watch yesterday. Ravens need a right tacke to protect Joe. Ravens need a WO in the slot. Ravens need a cb on no#2 WO side. Chris McCallister looked like Antonio Langham. Cory Ivy looked plain old. Were Ravens saving themselves for Miami? We never beat them and want some payback. The season is starting to get long.

This latest Ravens quarterback looks more and more like he should be called Joe Floppo.

This does not look like even a .500 team.

I can understand getting beat by 1st string but these guys looked like Stevon Moore, Antonio Langham and cast from 1996 Ravens. Its gonna get worse.Luckily we play Ohio teams 2 more times maybe get 1 more win and thats it for the year. Is it a little early to name Flacco starter for season when he ain't proved d*I*C*K! I know we wanted Matt Ryan and we settled for Joe Flacco, kinda like wanting filet and getting salt pork. We stink!

You're smacking the QB because of a defense problem. Game plan was changed after we fell behind 17 pts. Not Flacco's fault. Learn some football before you talk.

2 wins against the Browns and Bengals and your team was "the best." However, I said back then wait until you play talented teams...Well, let's look at the Ravens since then. L (@ Pittsburgh), L (Tennesee), and L (@ Indianapolis). So Ravens fans...how do you like your MEDIOCRE team now? Ray Ray looks slow slow, C-Mac burned by Marvin Harrison (to say he was smoked would be an understatement or could just mean C-Mac was hitting the sheeba prior to kickoff). Ravens fans - Your team was so pathetic that our local affiliate switched us to a more interesting and in CBS' words "competative" game; the Bengals @ Jets before half time of the Colts slaughtering of the Ravens.
Prepare to be 2-4 after next Sunday. Check your schedule to see when you might get your next win...I'll give you a hint...look for Cleveland and Cincinnati...but that's not a given either. Ha Ha Ha Ha.....

The more you hate Colts, the stronger they will get. Why didn't you show the Mayflower trucks moving in the snow in 1984? May be it would have fired the Ravens and the score would have been more competitive....like 31-6 or so.
Just be humble and take a bow before God Peyton....may be he'll find mercy in his heart to absolve the perennial sinners like Ravens fans of all their past sins (one comes to my mind, losing to Dolphins last season).

Instead of talking smack about our QB how about giving him some WR to throw to.

Flacco is a rookie so it's not time to make cute little names for him yet. Look at the completion stats:
Flacco 28/38 - 74% completion
Manning 19/28 - 68% completion

I am not defending his mistakes but he is a rookie and will make them. He has been asked to be a starting QB for a team that has no breakout recievers, no O-Line protection, and whose running game was shut down.

He definetly needs to work on his decision making but I still like the potential and it is not time to run him out of town yet.

Where are all the morons that said Indy wasn't a good team last week? Just as I predicted the Ravens went down in embarrassing fashion. I said 5-11 before the season, I said 5-11 after they started 2-0...and I'm saying 5-11 now.

Clearly this team is not ready for prime time. Flacco looked like crap yesterday.

It's always nice to see your stolen franchise lose to the "Colts"! The sickening embrace of the team you stole from Cleveland has always amazed me. Soulless corporate fools. If real Colts fans from the 50's and 60's could observe you idiots paying for seat licenses and $150 a game, they would be dumbfounded. Yes, I know, some of you were real Colts fans...you are the saddest ones of all....

There is good ole Fire Trembley! I was waiting for the cloud of locusts to show up on the message boards.

First of all, Indy was always a good team (I didn't bash them at all last week). They awakened as many people suspected they would, and it just happened to be against the Ravens.

It's almost like a few years ago when the Colt's defense decided to wake up in the playoffs and put an end to Baltimore's 13-3 season.

Harbaugh saying "Playing isn't all about wins and losses" means he doesn't deserve to be a Head Coach! You play for the ultimate goal and that is the SB Trophy! The idiot Hardballs also said that "We got what we deserved". What the heck is that statement? He's an idiot! From day 1 coming in here and hitting on the first day of practice I didn't like him!

I think he's already lost the team... Look at that pic of him and McClain thats in the Sun. Tell me McClain isn't walking away from him.

As for the clown talking about the great Indy Colts, you won 1 SB, same as the Ravens and we won that before you guys even with your head start of 15 years! With that team and the great Peyton Manning you should win the SB more often but oh yeah, thats right, Manning chokes in big games!

Flacco is our man. End of story. At this point, he has started more games than Troy Smith and he has a big upside. We'll just have to take our lumps on offense as he develops.

Our defense is what really ticks me off. We knew in the offseason that we needed to build depth in our secondary because Rolle and McAlister are getting old. Rolle isn't even on the field and McAlister stunk it up yesterday. There was no reason to think that Manning wouldn't light us up.

It cracks me up when you use the term "stolen." This is a business. We couldn't have "stolen" the Browns if the city and/or the fans would have provided the necessary support. Same goes for our Colts. They sucked and we didn't offer the necessary support to keep them here. The owners need to do what they need to do to keep their business afloat. If Angelos remains owner, I don't see why we wouldn't allow another city to "steal" the Orioles from us.

I wonder why they don't try to line up Todd Heap in the slot or at WR. Mark Clayton and D. Williams have got to be two of the softest receivers to ever wear NFL uniforms. There's no way Flacco should have thrown the ball 38 times. Anybody have Daunte Culpepper's cell #?

on the upside, this guarantees more Peyton Manning commercials later on in the season, and everybody wins with those.

Flacco threw the ball 38 times because our running game stunk. Our Oline was lost out there yesterday. Looks like there was a good reason Willie Anderson got cut by the Bengals. He's garbage. Rice looked way more explosive out there than McGayhe. Maybe it's just that he actually cares...I'd really like to see us get rid of Willis this off-season and use the cap room to bring in a deep threat or better Olineman.

Peyton "Whiner" Manhole is God in the boomtown of West Lafayette? You guys have issues then. First you have to logon to a real website to get your news, settle for our throw away discarded football team and pray "Bighead" Manhole does not get hit or the real God forbid the kicker miss a field goal. He might whine and pout on the sidelines like a spoiled child. You guys should establish your own website and worship your "God" Manhole elsewhere. Indy won 1 game in the new stadium wow impressive..anoint them "Gods" and cancel the rest of the season.
