You are very right, he wasnt selling drugs or kill anyone, but riding a motorcycle or atv in the city is against the law. And of course I have broken the law I have a few speeding tickets but I was breaking the law, and I take full responsibility for it. But unfortunatly a law is a law and rules are rules regarless if you are 7 years old or not. I just hope he learns.

Yes, a 7-year-old broke the law and they may have arrested him to protect him. Kids these days know no boundaries and who knows how rude the little twit may have been - maybe they were just trying to scare him. HOWEVER, my thought is that since the parents probably supplied the bike and apparently let him ride it around without adult supervision - THEY should be the ones to be arrested for neglecting their child! Idiots.
