So? Thoughts? This is clearly the first of many to come.
My view is if a retal business wants to deny its employee's ALL medical coverage based on the owners religous views, they shouldn't hire people of other faiths.
Of course, this would violate the anti-discrimination hiring laws.......

I think if they cover the cost of pregnancy, or other pregnancy related conditions then they should not be allowed to exclude abortion procedures or medications related to especially if the employee is paying part of the cost to be covered by health insurance. This would be like my insurance not paying for a transfusion because they don't believe in it if I were to get cut badly when they have covered all other treatments for the same condition prior to my needing a transfusion.

I didn't think that was allowed Foo? A church was a polling facility? Am I reading that correctly? If they are going to get involved in politics that way then they can pay taxes too.

I've always believed this.....“We have found that there are no mental health consequences of abortion compared to carrying an unwanted pregnancy to term.

It can't be any more difficult to have an abortion than it is to carry to term and give the child up for adoption. Both are life changing decisions and I'm sure that most women will never forget either experience.

A lot of people didn't think it was allowed either, but yet they did it. I guess they dont care if they break the law as long as their agenda is served. Kind of like when they moved the rapist priests around to hurt more children for years....
