Oh, Baloney!

You obviously don't know much about either TEC or ELCA. Both have been cooperating in ministry for decades. Both recognize each other's Ordinations into the Priesthood and Diaconate. Both faithfully encourage and allow women to serve in all offices of the Church.

Both understand that their gay and intersexed members are fully acceptable human beings and are Children of God, fully acceptable to Christ, just as they are.

And both are intent on serving their fellow humankind as Churches of the Body of Christ, actively seeking and training their members to live in discipleship of Christ Jesus.

Both are apostate and have been for a very long time. We have had a boon of former ELCA members coming to our church lately. They are finally hearing the Gospel preached as it should be.
