I was wondering if anybody else has had a problem with overheating with the cummins 400hp and if so what was the fix.

We have a 2010 Winnebago Tour and have intermittent overheating. Appears to be something not telling the fan clutch to come on. Only seems happens when we are stopped and idling such as for road construction on hwy and then return to hwy speed. Seems to o/h very quickly...in 5-10 min. We pull over and have noted fan is not operating, turn the engine off and within 5-10 min. all is good and away we go again. Has happened aprox. 5 times in 10,000 miles, a warning shows on the dash readout, and we have also had an alarm sound. Cummins computer shows no faults and freightliner has told us to continue to drive the coach until the check engine warning appears at aprox 240 degrees, not till then does the engine computer see what is going on. We have 16,000 miles on the coach and freightliner has told us the fan clutch is not under warranty.
Does this sound familiar to anybody else.
