What are the Best Vehicles for The Family Dog?
“We're glad to see car-makers address the comfort and safety of our dogs on the road because people don't want to leave their pets -- or should we say 'four-legged family members' -- behind”
If at first you don't succeed, redefine success. Dog lovers know that many of man's furry best friends like going for car rides almost as much as walks, but recent research takes it a step further. via AutoSpies

I have a Honda Element and this is EXACTLY why. It's perfect for dogs. It has NO carpeting so dog hair and dirt can be sweeped out, vacuumed or whipped down. The seats are very easy to clean...not to mention a huge crate can fit in the back when the seats are put to the side.
I also don't worry about the car getting dirty when I take her for swims or she rolls in the mud because its so easy to clean. Also, because the seats fold to the side she doesn't need to sit on them and she has plenty of room in the back lay down or stand up... |
