I just received my new 2008 Sebring Limited with retractable top. This car is awesome. It is the first body change since 2006 when I ordered my first convertible. My hat off to the Sterling Heights men and women for assembling such a nice car.

Glad you are happy with your purchase. It should reward you with about 200K miles of fun in the sun.....if there is that much in NY.

I have heard bad things, is it really that nice? I even was told by a dealer it wasn't that great.

Shame on Chrysler. Sebring was a decent car, atleast it had popularity, now, it looks like they have shrunk it, and its looks ugly, and nobody wants it exept rental fleets.

The 08 Sebring is about the same length but is 2 or three inches wider and a couple of inches taller.

They had to make the trunk taller to accomodate the newly designed retractable hard and soft tops. As a result, in order to keep the lines flowing, the entire car had to be taller.

The overall consensus from the general public is that this car is fabulous looking. I have had many people in the closest town tell me this is the nicest looking convertible they have ever seen.

I live 15 miles south of Green Valley AZ. Green Valley is a retirement community of about 30,000 people in the extreme southern part of the state.

There are more Sebring convertibles concentrated there than just about anywhere I have ever seen. Although I do not live in Green Valley, when I go there, my car really stands out as I think I have the only 08 in town.

I find the new design to be attractive but for a short guy, such as me, it is hard to reach clear across the rear window for washing purposes. I have to really stretch to reach the middle.

Unfortunately, although I like this car for its looks and functionality, I realize it is very cheaply made. I just sold an 07 Hyundai Azera and still own an 07 Hyundai Santa Fe. Compared to those cars, the Chrysler is very cheaply made.

By the way, the 07 and up Santa Fes are American designed and built. Just goes to show that Americans can build quality vehicles given the right designs and incentives.

It is all about upper level management. As Reagan used to say, "It's called the trickle down theory".

Now I must step off of my soap box before I fall off and hurt myself.

67 and still luvin the heck out of life.

Does anyone know the production numbers on 2008 limited? I was also told by a Dealer that there would be no producton of these cars in 2010. I think the car is great.

I have a 2008 soft top convertible sebring and it is the worse car ever. It had 3 recalls and I have had problem after problem with this vehicle. The soft top convertible has embarrassed me 2 too many times by not getting stuck half way down with the trunk open and all the mechanic can say its a mechanism that cause the top not to go all the way down. In which the dealership has fix that issue twice. Also the radio tends to go out. Chrysler has diappointed me with this car.

Daily Horoscope for December 23

Gemini

You're in a very erratic mood today, making you restless, edgy and nervy. It may be almost impossible to settle to anything for long, because, as Mercury slows, you soon lose interest. If life becomes boring you'll want to liven it up in some way and it's likely you'll choose the most disruptive and controversial option you can think of, even though you know this will cause trouble.
