98 C70 HPT - in storage since '04 - help!

I own a 98 C70 HPT which went into storage since moving back north in '04 for a new AWD.
The car has been stored indoors, supported in 4 corners by floor jacks, fuel stablized, covered.
the car has been in this state for about 4 years now and before the car is put back into service i am trying to determine exactly what needs to be done to the car.
I was planning on having the fuel tank dropped, not to use that gas. was also planning on a standard 30k servicing items.
i was unsure however as to the automatic transmission. should the fluid be changed? some say yes, some say dont touch it, to leave it alone. i am really hoping to find the actual answer and not an impression.
coolant? brake fluid?
any other tips of what needs to be done is appreciated much.
