Isn't this wonderful? We can't afford to put police on the streets but we can pay for you to charge the electric car you don't have.

St.Paul is so green, that they're out of money.

The city of St Paul (and their socialist leaders) are paying to build and then subsidize those rich people that purchase a $40,000 car that get the same mileage as a fossil fueled car of the same vintage, that can only operate on battery for 30 miles, cannot recharge themselves and requires a Public governmental subsidy of $100,000 per unit to produce. Not to mention that the batteries are $10,000 and only last 4 years. Let's get our heads out of our sss's.
