The city of St Paul (and their socialist leaders) are paying to build and then subsidize those rich people that purchase a $40,000 car that get the same mileage as a fossil fueled car of the same vintage, that can only operate on battery for 30 miles, cannot recharge themselves and requires a Public governmental subsidy of $100,000 per unit to produce. Not to mention that the batteries are $10,000 and only last 4 years. Let's get our heads out of our sss's.
