I am seriously considering buying a V7
Roughly about 20 years ago I have test ridden the le mans mk 5 and 1000s , I absolutely loved that engine and feel of thes two bikes. I had also ridden the 750 targa which I felt somewhat lacking. I gather the v7 has the same small block engine with roughly the same brake horse power. My query is to wether with recent updates ie fuel injection, that the v7 feels better with more oomph than the targa. My current bike is a Ducati 696 monster, for which I love the handling and brakes, but is bloody uncomfortable ad not suited for carrying luggage. In my heart of hearts I have always liked moto guzzi but worry
I might not have enough power. As an aside I am a very steady(slow) rider but I love torquey bikes.
