Let me get this right.....Toyota is paying 1.6 Billion for a 'runaway vehicle' settlement...
Wasn't this settled when Toyota paid HUSH money to the U.S.Gov ernment to end the investigation awhile back.....they blamed it on driver error and floor matts.......

Misleading title....it's a "diminished value" settlement.
