I hear almost 65% of the workers are wet on their backs. and when they were picking the location, I hear they wanted a Tunnel from Mexico to the plant.

The reason it is based in the South is to be away from the UAW. Just like BMW or Mercedes. IF Mercedes can train Alabama rednecks to produce SUVs for the who,e world, I am sure the Toyota boys can trans folks in San Antonio how to make pickup trucks.

My 2006 TUNDRA is GREAT. It would be better if, when the sun is out, if I could see the instrumentation. With my flashlight, I can see how much fuel I have and I just guess as to mph.

The Toyota Tundra has always been the best to haul oiled bodies in a Pride Parade. More Tundras sold in San Francisco than any other city alone.

AGREE!! The domestic 1/2 toners had to move up to a 3500 in order to tow what a Tundra pulls,first truck on the market with:.......13.9" disc brakes with dual calipers, 10.5 " ring gear, 4:30 rear end,surround airbags, VVT, racing exhaust, 6 extra towing gears(4 for engine braking), tows well over 10,000lbs(govt approved)the domestics have yet to prove any claims on paper.....enough said!!!!

No, but we see it everyday........Any guy that ever drove a 1/2 tun domestic will tell you they have been cheated and ripped off by an inferior product, inferior engineering...its sad! Take the Tundra its a 1/2 ton bogy witha 1 ton drive train......SWEET!!!! And it cost half the price of any domestic with that much power!
