I am having the same problem. I don't see many complaints here but I have been looking aroung and see many wheels like mine. I am going to see if the dealer will do anything about this.

My 2006 Sienna XLE had the same problem. I got the van used but it still had some bumper to bumper factory warranty left so I took it in. They knew exactly what I was talking about and were able to replace the wheels with refinished ones with a lifetime warranty. I'm happy with that. I also noticed that a few years later they changed the style of wheel and no longer have this problem.

My Sienna AWD wheels are blistering too....asked dealer last spring about the problem and they said it was my problem....thought that the new Calcium Chloride on the roads caused it....looked around and saw no other cars with the problem....I think we need to go after Toyota....it will be difficult to buy from them again after the Run Flat problem and now this...

I have same problem with Sienna AWD 2004 . All four wheels are blistering and rusting. Dealer tells me they are deadly and need to be replaced. Toyota refuses to do anything.
Any legal action suggetions that can be done.
Toyota will not disclose how many complaints they have received.

My 2004 Toyota Sienna XLE Ltd FWD has the same problem. Does anyone know how to make Toyota or the dealer make good on this problem?
