I have a 2010 Toyota Sienna XLE the van has brake pedal fade. I took it back to the dealer and had it checked out, the dealer said there was nothing wrong with the vehicle It has 17,00 miles on it, I bought it new and and never experence this when new and I would like to know if this is normal.
The fade is a very slow release of pressure on the pedal (feels like bypass in the master cylinder)

Brake fade is a loss of braking power usually caused by overheated pads. But it sounds like you think your brakes aren't releasing quickly enough. I agree that would be a master cylinder issue. Take it to an independent brake shop for their opinion, then back to the dealer if necessary.
