I hope he chokes on that vehicle. Why the hello is the college allowing him to do these things? Why are they buying him gas? Why are they putting these things into his allowance.

And why is it he can't afford his own car and gas on his 200K salary?

AND WHAT IS WRONG WITH DRIVING AN '08 TOYOTA SEQUOIA? HUH?

I can't stop shaking my head over this one.

I guess it's nice work, if you can get it, but in these hard financial times, I don't care how good you are: he's a president of a community college in Gardner. Great a grip on yourself Asquino. You're not worthy it, in my humble opinion.

More power to the students and taxpayers and less cake to these pretentious academic yahoos.

Any bets on whether there was an "Obama-Biden'08"
bumber sticker on that Sequoia?

Let him drive his own car and pay for his own gas. He would probably get something more practical then. We need to stop giving govt workers perks like this.

Dear AJP--I love the way you think!!!

Did anyone find a math problem with the figures provided by the press? If these are accurate, Chapadelaine is the best place in Mass to buy a car
New car:$61,000. Trade in for Sequoi:$28,000. Cost of new car, which is a mere steel--$22,000. I know I've been out of school for a long time, but in my book, if you buy a $61,000 car and get $28,000 in trade, you owe $33,000 not $22,000.

Also, if you look in the Blue Book for a two year old high-end Sequoia--in "excellent" condition the trade in value is less than $28,000, not to mention his car had over 95,999 miles and had a bad GPS. This would disqualify the vehicle for "excellent" trade in value. Does anyone else feel the chill from a "snow job"???

You can't do the math because I don't think you read the article. If you had, you'd see where you went wrong in your math.

If the dealership dropped a dime on the sale to Mr. Asquino this is the height of hypocracy.....
If they thought it was wrong why would they bid and sell the vehicle to MWCC?
C'mon, be real.....Hypocrasy Big Time
