I was rear ended in a parking lot recently and have and have been getting quotes to replace the rear bumper in the range of $800. The part is $250. I thought I would try my hand at changing out the bumper myself. Even if it takes all day saving $550 is worth it.

Is there anywhere I can go to pick up a manual for changing out a rear bumper?

im in the same situation also... either of you do it? my insurance company just told us they would drop us if we submit the claim. so its worth trying it myself.
