There also are stories out there about the rental car companies that fail to have recalled vehicles repaired. I worked for Enterprise for several years and it was a common practice. The reason it happens is that the COMPANY is not willing to eat the loss of income while the car is being repaired. Instead, the system is set up to penalize the lowest ranking managers. When you are stuck with a recalled vehicle, you only have two choices. Continue renting it or park it and have that loss of income taken directly out of your profit. Think of a Manager who has 5-10 or even more of the recalled vehilces on rental lot. You're screwed. Any hope you had to make a profit just disappeared and if your location actually loses money, not only will you not recieve your profit sharing for the month but they will even take it out of your salary check. Too many times these recalls come out and there is no fix available for an extended period. I've seen vehicles set for months awaiting repairs. The company should transfer all of the recalled vehicles back into their regional fleets and not force the local offices to take the loss.

I just know that brand new Black and Decker Food Processor wants to hurt me and hurt me bad;
There it sits, still in original box, making me sad:
It's waiting for me to take it out and plug it in before it gets really mad;
Mr. Food Prcessor in the box you must stay, your sharp blades from my body stay away!

Dear Toyota,
Please explain to the customers how a 2011 Toyota vehicle is now recalled?
Is your country of Japan, like red China, also trying to kill us?

The new Toyota logo should be a Skull & Crossbones with a warning label, you drive this car, it may drive itself over a cliff.

Toyota, are you trying to force the American people to buy a Prius by causing floor mat furry in all your other models? Don't listen to Obama & Coleman, some of us do not want to be Greenie, and remain Weeinies.

Why would anyone want to buy a new car? Buy a used car, they're cheaper all around from the purchase price to repairs. And you don't have to worry about these recalls.....I drive a 97' camry and it's in perfect shape with 180,000 still going strong!!!
