If you don't like it, then quit! Simple solution to all your problems. I have a feeling you would be easily replaced. As a matter of fact, if you and I could trade jobs, without any discussion of money, but you you would be guaranteed to be happy with your job responsibilities, would you trade? Think about that slick!

Toyota has not cut t/m's pay. And, they did not lay off anyone during the economic downturn. No other auto maker can say that!

Omg- every single t/m at Toyota (other than the unionized tmc) took a hell of a pay cut (the last one just a couple weeks ago). Toyota completely shut down a plant (NUMMI) in the downturn and there used to be 7000 full time workers making top pay at tmmk

OMG-Toyota has NOT took a pay cut. They NEVER missed a paycheck. When they built ZERO cars for MONTHS, they NEVER missed a paycheck. The production team member never had their hourly wage lowered. Bonuses were lower but what do you expect? If you rely on bonuses as guaranteed income, then you are an idiot! If it was guaranteed, it would be figured in to your base wage. You pro people make me sick.

Lmfao. So when called out on your bs lies of never taking a pay cut you conveniently switch wording to "hourly wage, bonus, etc"! When I make 70k ten yrs ago and it drops a couple grand ever year until I'm making 62k ten yrs later...I TOOK A PAY CUT. When they give me a .11 cent raise and raise my insurance .13 cents, I take a pay cut! When a prod t /m starts out now $6/hr less than they did ten yrs ago, the hourly rate has been lowered! Are u really that stupid?
No, nothing or no job is GAURANTEED in life. But if you try an take advantage of a man with deceit and promises that you back out of...be prepared for the man to repay you with the same respect

Ughhh. Tmc (union) never had any bonus cuts during the same time period? We make all the $$ and they get all the bonus and you ask what do we expect?

Your hourly wage or base wage isn't GAURANTEED income either. So if this was taken you would just say "it wasn't GAURANTEED ? Now whom is the idiot?

First of all, you appear to be with your repeated incorrect spelling of "Guaranteed". Hilarious. Second, play games all you want. You cannot show me a paycheck where your hourly wage decreased. Your pay probably dropped from 70 to whatever you said due to fluctuations in bonus and overtime. Your the idiot for counting on that money to begin with you greedy a$$! Look, if you hate the place, please quit. That is a simple solution to ease your frustration. Go work somewhere where you will always know that you'll make minimum wage. You'll know your pay then! I wish Toyota would shut down and leave so that people like you would finally open your eyes. You make me sick.

. Well I still say Toyota keep sending me the money $$$$$$$$$$ yeah baby!!! I've got the balls to take care of myself have a wife who doesn't work a full time job because she wants to work a full time job at home. We chose to get out if debt. Yes my wages from Toyota have gone down but my yearly income is way up twice what Toyota pays me. So people enjoy what your making now get out of debt save and invest like your pay is ending tomorrow and you will be making hand over fist in five years or less if you remain debt free.

The simple solution is YOU quit and go find a job making less money since you are the only one smart enough to do so! Let the ones that fought for those wages you are making (union members) continue to fight for fair wages so ignorant ass people like yourself can continue to hang off our nut sacks
