New Hayabusa a Certainty for 2008?

During all of the crying about the zx14 only beating the busa because of a 50cc advantage, does no one mention that the buse barely beats a zx12r and it has a 100cc advantage!!!!! And it was developed AFTER the zx12r so Suzuki had time to develop a slightly faster bike - but you still can't deny that the busa is butt ugly until you do major modifications to make it look better!!!!

The B-king is out now in the Netherlands, build with a new 1340cc Hayabusa-engine. It produces a stunning 184BHP and 146Nm torque. However, the official suzuki dealer in Europe has made a statement that there will be news very soon about the Hayabusa, some say that the B-King engine, which is already a newly developed engine, is the downrated version of it........i'll keep you up to date if I hear something

yeah baby!!!!i hope this is tru but that torque number is suspect at best. is that euro specs or what we going to get in the states? i see those numbers all over the net so i hope there tru!

Those numbers are the ones we have in Europe. I've spoken with the German importer during the Dutch B-King Beach Tour. Pitty, the B-King is just a little too small for me....I'm 6ft7 ;-). I don't know if you're getting the same specs in the States.

No one knows what it's going to be or what it looks like. Dont believe anything on here. Trust me Suzuki is keeping this thing top secret and I sincerely doubt if anyone browsing here hjas those kind of connections. We'll all anxious and excited. Unfortunantly we'll just have to be patient and see what suzuki does.

Dang - hopefully in 48 hours the internet will crash with everyone looking for 08 busa pictures. Everyone has their own idea what it's going to be, how big the motor is, how the fairing will change. Will it be a slap in the face or a sledge hammer to the ZX14.
I personally think that the big 4 should remove the speed restrictions and bring on the top speed wars again. I hear the ZX will top 200 with bolt ons, lets see who can get to 205 on just motor alone.

Ok folks heres the deal. 1340cc slightly lighter new dash 3 way map like 1000. Got this info from regional rep already in Las Vegas. B-King has same engine. (i'm somewhat dissapointed.)
