I have a '00 Vitara 2dr with soft-top and have to get new tires. I have 215-65-16 on the vehicle now and would like to go with bigger tires but keep the same wheels. How big can I go?

i have a suzuki vitara fat boy and would like to change the colour of the soft top, is there a special paint to do the job
