I look forward to seeing it on the lots. I just wish it would be here sooner than two years.

Does anyone know what kind of mpg a diesel legacy would get and when it will come to the US?

Thats one nice looking car! Fords an idiot not to make it here in the states! It'd sell like hotcakes! Especially with the diesel engine.

Like I have said before, I belive that we will never see diesel engines for cars in the States. We just are not set up for diesel for passenger cars. Diesel is just so hard to find anymore, I know a couple of places to get it around here, but one just closed because a big chain convenience store with gas was just built next to it and this new store offers no diesel. I just do not see it happening. I think this country is headed in another direction with Hydrogen, natural gas and plug ins along with Hybrids. Gas is here to stay for a bit.
