Think its the pedal????? Not!!! Its the same dangerous problem as the DANGEROUS Hesitation/downshifting problem that becomes "normal" when the now three tsb's fail to fix This dangerous problem. Only toyota could get away with this for so long!!!
Kevin kelly at down east toyota in maine said that it was ONLY a Few Affected models that show any signs of this"problem" Does that mean only 34 people So far have died????? That is a nice thing to say!!!!

What a tangled web Toyota has spun for it's self.

Also don't forget the Bataan Death March...Toyota is NOT your friend!

The carmageddon of Toyota continues. Stay tuned for their next episode: Cash For Coffins.

It's funny because those are reported fatalities and aren't even confirmed/investigated for accuracy or for a link to the defect. This is sloppy journalism at its worst. Anyone can go to the NHTSA database and file a complaint, citing injuries/death. Heck, I could file 5 complaints today and set off a new round of news articles for the next day. What's important are the injuries/deaths/crashes that are CONFIRMED, and the grand number of that is zero. The media isn't the only one being unscrupulous here. The NHTSA in its past has never done something like this, reporting every new filed complaint, and they are merely feeding the media frenzy. Along with Lahood's comment that people shouldn't drive their Toyota's, one wonders what their true intentions are.
