Sweden sees GM's threat over China Saab rescue as 'regrettable': minister
A statement by General Motors this week threatening to block technology licenses if two Chinese companies buy Saab, clouding a rescue, was unfortunate the Swedish government said on Tuesday.

It's a shame that GM feels threatened by a small company like Saab. It seems as if the corporate culture at GM has changed little since their near disasterous collapse. Ford on the other hand sold Volvo with little fanfare and both seem to be doing quite well.
I plan to consider buying a GM car in maybe 2080.

why did GM buy SAAB in the first place, answer...to rape it of its technology, now GM has the cheek to object to SAAB using the same technology to succed, the truth is if SAAB were well run it could take over GM, GM will be bankrupt AGAIN in 2 years-let is fail I say
