Just found and used a Rolls Royce parts supplier called Roberts Hall of Oxford.
I did a lot of shopping around and found they have the best prices for Genuine parts.

I've used them and found their spares to be of excellent quality and price. However they don't cover every last component you may need. Then you can turn to:

Montague & Co. http://www.bentleyparts.com
In many cases parts can be custom made or supplied by local specialists such as bearings, water and hydraulics hoses, brake parts, etc. Even eBay can be a source of barely used components. Just this year I removed an almost new exhaust system from a Series 1 Silver Shadow (£200) and a visibly hardly used set of whitewall tyres, still on the rims (£150), saving me well over £1400!
And don't forget the many autojumbles that are held around the country, often at other events, which can be a treasure trove of new parts which may have been sitting on a shelf gathering dust for years or even decades.
