I'm looking at purchasing an '04 Phantom Centenary edition and wanted to get some advice.

The car seems to be in good shape and comes from the local dealer. It is a one owner vehicle with approximately 7,500 miles. The dealer appears to have gone through the car and most things are in place.

I would like to drive the car on a regular basis and likely put 6,000-10,000 miles per year on it and live in San Diego.

The next service is due in 9,000 miles.

Here are my questions
What are the service costs?
Are there any deficiencies or weaknesses with the car?
Any recalls that should have been taken care of?
Should I first warm it up before pushing it at all (if necessary)?
How do I clean/detail the car?
Do the thick, fluffy rugs need to be dry-cleaned?
Should I get it serviced at the dealer or an independent shop and if so can someone recommend one?

Thank you kindly and Happy New Year
