GM does not honor its warranties.
I bought a 1999 Pontiac Firebird TransAm new from the dealer and it was buring a quart of oil every 200 miles which I noticed after a couple days of owning the car and told the dealer. GM would not replace the car and tried their best to not honor the warranty. The GM rep said in the Lemon Law hearing that it was "normal". GM lost and had to replace the car. The company didn't honor its warranty even when they were making money, why would anyone buy from a bankrupt GM? |
