99 grand prix keeps dieing out

MY GP WILL RUN FINE BUT IT SEEMS WHEN IT WARMS U AFTER ABOUT 20 MINUTES OF DRIVING, IT WILL START RUNNING ROUGH. AT A STOP, IT WILL START REVING ITSELF AND THEN DIE OUT. ALSO, WHE I DRIVE IT AND GIVE IT GAS TO GET ON IT, IT SORT OF HESITATES. ANY SUGGESTIONS? E-MAIL TO MICHAELZIEMAN@COMCAST.NET

My 99 Grand Prixs air/heater makes a squelling sound when i turn it on, it still will blow air or heat out but makes that noise for a few minutes, i have been told by a few different people, to replace either the blower or the resister.. well which one is it... the blower or the resister... please help..
