stalling out problems

When I go to start it up first thing in the morning...it wants to stall out and I have to keep pumping the gas to try and keep it going...it pops and backfires ( or thats what it sounds like). after about 2-3 minutes, it will stay running throughout the day but when driving and having to stop then taking off again, it doesnt seem to want to go.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what it might be? any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

sounds like bad spark plugs or fuel filter. however if its not gettin gas dont overlook the fuel pump

where can i get a fuse box for my bonneville, it is a 2001 and it is located under the hood?

i have a 1999 bonneville 77,000 miles rear pass side wheel well rusted out hole 2 inches dia at top of wheel well flooding spare tire well and rear pass side floor have larger piece 3 by 6 ready to fall out car is super clean my folks owned prior to me rust seems a little premature any body else have similar exp
