Mystery solved!!!!!!!!!! I know there are a lot of Oldsmobile enthusiast out there, so I figured I would keep researching my own question, and with about three years of researching I finally found the answer to the mystery! In March of 08' I had posted to all you fine people a question.....How many 1990 Oldsmobile ninety eight's came equipped with the very special P.G.A. option. The correct name, code and build is as follows.....W16 MERCHANDISED PKG P.G.A SPECIAL EDITION P.G.A SE PKG(W16) 515 Made
What a rare piece!!!!!! The sad part is, very few of us have ever seen or heard of such a car.....I fell onto mine by chance....I own the Touring sedans too, but this rare bird is really loaded up to the hilt with options. As I described in my earlier blog, it's black, with the black roadster top, tan leather, digital dash and information center, factory c.d player, gold package, including luggage rack.......I think its just gorgeous,...the cars made today don't even compare.......Thanks for all your comments, past and future.......your friend........William

Hello friends.I originally posted a question in 08' about the 1990 Oldsmobile ninety eight p.g.a I had recently purchased, and was wondering about the production #'s on this particular vehicle. Well after years of researching, I finally have an answer! In 1990 they made 515 with the rare p.g.a option.....wow, low #'s in deed.......thought I would inform all who may be interested like I was.....Happy Blogging!

Good afternoon everyone, this is William, I started this blog a few years ago and its now 01-17-2017 and was curious to know if there has been anymore people out there that have sited any Oldsmobile Ninety Eight PGA's in their travels? I fear as time goes on, with peoples awareness of these very rare vehicles being unknown, that many will end up in salvage yards all to be destined to the crushers :( I want to get the one I bought out of the garage and take some quality pictures of it maybe this year, as long as the daily responsibilities and duties in life don't consume 100% of my time this year lol. Just to keep everyone up to speed so you wont have to go back and re-read past posts, The PGA I own is Black, roadster top, digital dash and information center, cd player (factory from 1990!) tan leather interior, and gold luggage rack. Im sure im missing other options, but those are the most impressive ones that i can think of. I hope everyone has a great day and hope to hear from some of you soon!
