I work for a company similar to NPN and there are sometimes mistakes made by the dealer in the contract that result in payments being made to the wrong lender or late. Customers MUST read all forms that they sign for accuracy. Ultimately the contract is between the customer and the payment program they signed up for. Customers are welcome to call my company to verify information at any time. I'm sure it's the same with other similar companies. We are in business to help the customers and want to do what is right so any input is encouraged.
