I have a 2006 Mariner. The ABS warning light stays on and the 4WD light flashes. Any ideas as to why ABS and 4WD may have been disabled? And are these problems expensive to fix?

Inspect the front ABS sensor indicator rings an the axles. They are known for breaking, and possible damage could occur to front abs sensor. The 4X4 module gets info from the ABS module,so when one has a fault,it affects the other.Repair the sensor issue and both lamps should go out.

I Should have looked around a little before i commented on it.
Found this on a different web site hope this helps...
