I will have my very first Mercedes next week. I chose the 2008 E 320 Bluetec, and am sacrificing a '04 Passat 4 Motion 6 cyl that I bought new, and dearly love. The super clean and quiet diesel, not to mention getting more ammenities because it's MB, really appealed to me, and I can't wait to get it. I hope I won't miss my Passat tooo terribly much, but I'm counting on that to not be an issue. My research and one test drive of this E 320 Bluetec won me over!
I have had everything from Studebaker to Jaguar in my lifetime, and none compares to my wonderful VW! She is my all time favorite car, loyal, tight, solid, attractive, and an absolute miracle in the snow. This wasn't an easy decision to make, but German engineering, at least in my opinion is far superior to anything else and always will be. So...I'm thinkin'....my MB will pass her by, and I'm unbelievably excited about my new baby!
