2003 Navigator, compressor doesn't inflate air bag suspension

My brother is based in Europe and owns a 2003 Navigator.
His Navigator has front suspension problems.
The compressor doesn't inflate the front air bags anymore. There is no signal coming from the air suspension modules (front left and right) to the relay and on to the compressor. His mechanic has tested the compressor and it is good to go. The relay was working, they burned it by mistake while testing. His mechanic inflated the air suspension bypassing the hardware and it took 12 days for the front to slowly start deflating so a leak in the rubber is not the problem. The 'air suspension' light goes on as soon as the ignition is turned on. The computer analysis returns a 'no diagnostic' signal.
He has the following questions for you all experts:
-is the air suspension module (3C142) the problem?
-is it common for the height sensors (151-9/151-10 front left and right) of a 2003 Navigator to fail?
His Navigator is based in France and converted to LPG. He uses it to pull a boat.
Many thanks in advance.

Fuse it will not ignite seems like there's no current going through the wires does any one know what's able to do about this problem for right now to get the pump work will be best before finding other problems any help please let me know

Pretty much the same problem as what you guys are experiencing.. As it got colder here, noticed the air ride dropping more while parked, taking a little longer to top off in the morning.. Last week it seemed like the compressor would kick on, but it wouldn't/couldn't get the front bag(s) to level; before it would get there, sometimes by a longshot, the Comp. would kick out. When it gets warmer, or the truck itself gets warmer, things seem to fall back to normal.. Got it in a buddies heated garage tonight, see what happens in morning.. Somewhere I read that there are some sort of bushings that cover the top of the bag maybe, that shrink up and turn unpliable causing air to seep, and/or leak..I can actually here a hissing noise at the front of my truck, the body does absolutely zilch on the right, sometimes the left as well.. What Do I Need to Do.?

2003 navi truck was leaning driver side up passenger side down...I replaced air susp pin and sensor located behind rear passenger side tire....once I replaced it the truck leveled straight but dropped all the way down. What could be the problem?
