i bought naza citra in 05/2005.in 11/2005 my citra had a problem with steering rack and radiotor,i went to Kia services (KB & PJ) for replacement.So slow ,it took me about 6-7 visit to get confirmation and finally the part being replace in about a month period for every case....and the best part in 08/2006 the radiator leak ,nearly cause my engine...so fed up ...i replaced it in a day and cost about RM950....??? did the part genuine....in Malaysia customer is a cow not a king....my question .... who is to blame..naza ....Kia ..or .the customer?

Sometimes you can bump into a bad dealer or just a bad person.

You are right murlinatoR , we book 3 units citra from an agent ( F)both sellman, company are bad in service , we make full downpayments waited one month,chasing everyday, everday give different excuse.
finally we found out that they placed order only a week ago to Naza, so don't buy from dealer.
We are still waiting for these new cars.

I had problem with my Kia Pregio Van in Feb 2007. The body had some scratches when the van was delivered to me. The salesperson told us that it'll take about 3-4 days to get the repair done. Later in March during the first service, I complained that the window is leaking and water flowing inside whenever there is rain or send the vehicle for washing. The service officer informed it'll take about another 3-4 days to repair and must send to their manufacturer. In June, I encounter that the Diesel Fuel Tank is leaking. Whenever we full the tank, diesel will leak out. They advice us not to full the tank and They'll take photo of the tank and will get the management approval to replace it with new one or repair it. This will take another 4-5 days. Easily 7 days if they need to repir the tank.
A van which is just 6 months old got so much of problem, I just can't imagine the problem that going to arise after 1 year waranty period voided. Until today, nothing on the above has been done or settled. I has been going around here a and there but no one seems done anything. They are giving us only reasons and just wasting our time and money only.
In Malaysia customer is a cow not a king is very true. In fact they are treating us like a pariya dog only.

i am quite interested in buying a new Kia sportage 2007 at RM112000. Can the existing Sportage users in Malaysia give me some practical comments on its fuel consumption,(only have 136hp), maintenance expenses and other important aspects that i need to consider ?

our kia model is very famous at euro contry.. but in malaysia naza is 'law yat' management. we sales people is very hardworking push de car. but after sales service centre is very bad. i sold many car to my fren, but all complain many problem.. made me no image...

but all car model also got there problem, so new car got warranty, no is guarantee. so hope owner kia do score de sales ppl. pls go to service centre settle ur problem. coz sales ppl is do sales only, not is foerman. tq

i have a problem with my kia pregio van 2002, year after i bought it, i noticed that the headlamp and dashboard light are still on, even tho i already shut down engine and pull out the ignition key. it will only off after i put the lamp stick to the highlight position. help anyone?

i bought naza citra in 04/2006 now my citra had a problem with radiotor ,the under warrty for this part is 2 year but my citra problem radiotor at afer 2 week of 2 yaer so now i do the claim on 15 may 2008 until now not any feedback to me i everyday call to services centre they only said on process on process so slow lah that i buy with the kia huat motor at alor star ask me direct call and also dont want help me to followup ,now i very angry becuase my hushband sister also buy the citra naza also some problem of radiotor but he luck still under warrty now ald chg the new want
They are giving us only reasons and just wasting our time and money only.
every body know now citra offer that braket for radiotor is free thatmind they also know what problem with their naza citra
so now i radiotor also do know can claim or not
please anwers me asap so slow working
you know what price the radiotor rm1xxx.xx
this is their problem of design car and now must we payback to they
