I wounder why toyota made the FJ cruiser FOR? It need to be drop from their suv line up.
Not an SUV fan, so this isn't high on my list.
Also...why is this in the gay/lesbian forum?
i like it. the fj is one of the front-runners for my choice of suv. but the premium gas requirement kills me! how can the 268hp camry get nearly 30 mpg on REGULAR gas and this beast get only about 15 on premium? AND the beefy RAV4 V6 with it's 0-60 in 6.4 secs with 24mpg on regular! it makes me want to spend the 5k more for a trailblazer SS which (understandably) requires the premium gas, being that it's got a corvette engine and all.

Learn to spell wonder bread boy. it do not be need to be drop from their SUV line up, dey at toyota marketing aldready decussed it. This engine requires low torque at high rpm's so octane will releave any pinging or knocking. And Enoch boy, this a FJ Cruiser blog, not a fag J cruiser blog. . Lakers355s, 0-60 in 6.4 seconds, da, its a car that wieghs maybe 1800 lbs less, that also answers the question on gas milage. This not a dragster, it's a 4x4 (not the grave chruser kind). Spend the extra money and get the corvette engine and put it in your atv, Ive heard the gas milage is great and it goes 0-60 in 2 seconds. Adios muchachas

my point exactly... it's a 4X4. how many 4X4's can you name that require 91+ octane?
hasta luego pendejo. |
your claim was 1800 lbs difference between fj and rav4...
the rav4's gvwr = 4430-4730lbs the fj's gvwr = 5300-5570lbs good call, not even 1000 lbs... getouttaherewiththatshit! |

Listen up people of Gay orientation! I believe from the response I have received from some of you, you appreciate the fact that I fully “GET IT” when you state that you did not choose to be gay, but rather, you were born gay.
I have studied the threads on this forum and (in my opinion) much of the communication goes as follows. People of Gay orientation try to convince others that they were born gay. Now, this is an open invitation for people of at least two different motivations. The first one is … you are inviting those who don’t value you as human beings. To them, you are sex objects of the most devious kind … period. While the people with the other motivation, are the ones who sincerely believe in their own Biblical interpretations “so” much, that they have convinced themselves (that your supposed sin is worse than theirs.) The ones in this corner believe that in the hereafter, you will burn in their imagined hell, or at the very least, you will be lost forever to salvation (while “they” of course, will spend eternity with God on the heavenly throne.) When you acknowledge and get pulled into communication with either faction,“you” automatically lose the debate. The reason for this (in my opinion) is that you are truthful in your attitudes. And the other factions cannot possibly believe you because they are too busy trying to be immovably right about all of their assessments. So you are (metaphorically speaking) flogging a herd of dead horses. In my opinion, by the very nature of this forum, you have invited the devil into your lives.(To me, the devil is the symbol for selfishness.) And selfishness “never” leaves room for any semblance of love. |

point taken, june... even by the straights on the board. |
Thank you. You see, I have been affected by this very issue in my own life. One of my dear family members is gay and after listening (for years) to the negativity concerning gay put-downs, his sensitive heart was broken. He took to alcohol and he used to phone me (many different times) in the middle of the night ... suicidal and broken in spirit. I assured him over and over, time and again that he must find his own worth and "NOT" listen to member of the clergy who preach these negative sermons in God's name. He has now found his own worth and is a most caring human being. He gives me credit for saving his life and to me there could be no greater honor on this earth. As I write this I am crying in gratitude ... if because of my experience I have been able to help your cause in even smallest way. Thank you ... thank you ... thank you!!!! |

i have no idea what the hell is going on... why are the toyota fj cruiser and gay/lesbian threads mixed up? sounds like a liberal plot to me. haha.
gay or straight, fj's are dope for everyone. june- good for you. i guess i'll throw my 2 cents into the gay/straight debate... i believe different 'brain makeup' in homosexuals can be explained by the physical brain differences that form in the childs' formative years (when the brain is like an absorbant sponge while taking in the environment). if anyone would care to study the brains of individuals from a variety of different CULTURES, you'd quickly realize their brain makeup is different too. much like the theory of evolution AND the flipsided creation theory, being born gay is unfounded and unproven. |
Thank you for your response. The fact that the supposed great minds of psychiatrists, scientists, members of clergy, et cetera, don't agree on these issues is proof enough for me, that the minds aren't great enough after all. |

I was just rear ended by a tour bu at 65 MPH in a 95 toyota 4 runner Sequoia, it saved my life. I picked the FJ Cruiser sfter I could finally get behind the wheel. I love this vehicle! I find the mileage fine, the premium gas allows thi vehicle to perform like no other. No sooner did i pick up my new FJ crusier when another Brewster tour bus nearly clipped me again in the same west end of Calgary, the vehicle allowed me to gt away from the crazy driver others had been dodging. I swear by it. I had also ben driving a Land Rover Discover in the past year....no comparison in control, mileage or kust plain designed for use!
Bragg Creek Alberta land of crazy drivers |
You do know that this is a "car" blog and not a "gay" blog, right? I mean fj cruiser is the name of toyota's newest SUV. Duh! You put the "Duh" in Canada. Go find your gay blog. This isn't it!!!!!!!!!! PS - nice preaching though. |

Steve is back, yes brazil boy i ran out and got my fj and im still not feeling that gay. Although I am going to chime in on all this fag talk, its seems to me that gays would non-procreate themselves out of existance, yet they are still increasing in population, so if it is not the gays spreading this demon seed around who could it be, SATAN!!! SEE YA IN HELL, OH CANADUH P.S. MY NEW BLOG NAME IS LUCIFER

THis article appears in *all* those categories. So you will get people from *all* those areas replying. The reason its in the G/L forum is becuase Toyota is committed to Diversity and advertises in gay and lesbian publications -- the same thing that Ford is being "boycotted" for. |
