I have a 2007 4 door wrangler and i just took my doors off yesterday. today my battery died and my check engine light came on, i went to a friends house and an hour and a half later it wouldnt start again. is the loss of battery due to my doors?

Did you disable your cargo light that comes on when the doors are open? That may be using up your battery juice.
