Body frame corrosion 1997 Sahara

Can this piece of frame be replaced or welded to make it safe?
Just discovered serious corrosion on the body frame on passenger side under air conditioner condenser tube. Mechanics agree that the condensate has been dripping and rotting this section of frame for years. Several significant spots under and behind the section that runs under the firewall. Can't find a welder in my area that will tackle this job to patch the 3' to 4' X 1/2" rusted out holes on the inside and outside of the tube. It only has 99,000 miles on it, don't want another vehicle. Advised by various mechanics and body shop guys to "get rid of it". I need an old raggedy Jeep to tow behind my motor home, and I don't want to buy another old raggedy Jeep when this one is just fine mechanically and every other system.
Having seen many Jeeps older than mine on the road, I want to know what other people have done about this ac moisture accumulation and how to fix or replace the frame without spending more than the Jeep is worth.

I've owned 5 Wranglers, various years. I always spray rubberized undercoating all over the frame when the car is new. Its always helped. I know many older Jeeps have had frame sections welded on to replace rusted sections. I would think a good welder, that knows jeeps would tackle this job. Good luck.
