1984 Jaguar XJ6 [Down On The Street]

Considering how many Jaguar XJ6s I see in the junkyard, they're not so common on the streets of Alameda. via Jalopnik

Juguar xj6 1971 thru 1987 will become clasic collector cars .The only thing is if you had a differant motor put in it it will devalue the car. The chevy 350 was a fine motor and may have been a good idea at the time.But the jag 4.2 ltr is whats going to be required to make the jag worth anything. You can pick up a jag now for cheap but in 10 years from now it will be worth quit a bit. Remember 1971 thru 1987 Any XJ after that is CRAP and is little more tha a ford .

I bought a 1987 Jaguar XJ6 and it is only one of 5 cars like it in a city of one million, I get lots of looks, but that is not why I bought it. I just love the car and I was wondering if it would really become a "collector" in the near future?
