Where were the concerns about money last year. Is a personal vendetta going to cost our children another worthwhile educational opportunity?

Just can't let that go, can you?

It is over! It is a waste of time and money for the Board (Maple etc...) to still be carrying on about that and/or the report and so on....

Nope. Discussion about that waste of money will not go away. Every opportunity that's presented to bring it up will be exploited. Maple's thing isn't taking a dime out of the general fund. He's entitled to the information.

You do realize that the reason for the balking on this program is because the Mind Trust through the Chamber of Commerce is one of the places where the grant money is coming from and SA just kept bringing it up. Don't know why she cares. Do you?

Here we have an opportunity to FINALLY help the kids and they vote to table it???????

At the financial meeting held months ago, the interm super said that we were in sound financial shape. What changed?

The board refuses to answer tough questions, they would rather point fingers.

The citizens of Perry Township can do nothing but apologize to the studens for the actions of this board.

Maybe we should hire some attorney to investigate it?

MSDPT always seems to have unlimited funding for attorneys and cronies (DN).

Schools are bracing themselves for this horrible property tax restructuring. Now, I am all for a break on taxes, but this is going to kill schools and county government services. However, the only thing people hear is tax break.

You have to be kidding! History doesn't matter? Of course, it matters! The thinking of the past is usually the same thinking of the present, so if decisions were stupid or self serving then, they most probably will be now! You know that!

I can't think of a good decision these 4 majority members have made yet; therefore, I don't think they will now or ever! Are you telling me that I shouldn't base conclusions on history or experience? Oh, my!

In short, are you telling me I should disregard the havoc these 4 have wreaked in this township and the total disregard for students, teachers, administrators, PT citizens, legalities, and ethics when I go to the polls this spring? You really do have to be kidding!

Let the election rush to PT so we can end this madness!

Did you happen to think about how coincidental it is that we are about $1 million short of where we were supposed to be at this time? Does that $1 million figure ring a bell?

Let's see! Ousting Dr. Williams and paying attorneys cost just about that much! Hmmmm...
maybe not

Don't forget to add in the 490K package they offered Dennis Nichols to play super for a year.

Smithy and Grim,

No, we are not going to get over it. Or let it go.
We miss Dr. Williams right now so much it hurts.
These bafoons running the show don't know up from down and we all are suffering. Idiots like you either can't see past your hatred of Williams or you are living in fantasy land.

I speak for PT teachers.

We fire a superintendent because he didn't respond they way you wanted to our e-mails about our misbehaving son, so we pay him a half-mill to stop working, then we pay his lackey a half-mill to be a yes man for a year.

Coincidentally, we need 800,000 to fund a literacy initative.

Interesting.

Do I understand correctly that B. Thompson was upset with Max because he didn't have all the info she wanted about Reading 180? Also, did she say she didn't have the info early enough to peruse? You mean she thinks knowing about issues before taking a vote is important? She also knows that not having all the info is rucial?
Well, then I have to conclude that BT is willingly sabotaging this board when she doesn't provide crucial info to the other members before an issue comes up for a vote. Susan Adams did the same thing.
And this provides what for the children? This provides what for the healing and cooperation of the board? This is the cooperative spirit she preached to all of us when she was sworn in as board pres.? Eh, Smithy, Grim?

I am not telling you anything even close to that.

All I stated in this thread was to let go of the DW incident and the cost involved. Stop bringing it up to argue about.

We all know about it and where everyone stands on it. If you want to debate the issue at hand fine, go for it.

If you cannot base decisions you make on past experiences, I would not know what else you would base them on! I don't know why you are saying this to me....

Some fine teacher you are. Calling me an idiot because of why?

Is that how you handle your students when they disagree with you in class, call them names and degrade them? Wow!!!

Getting closer to election time. You can see the rats coming out of the walls..... more will come. And to think you need DW so much now it hurts?

LMAO! Who else you going to attack next?

I don't think any one on the board has preached, but I have heard TBPS preach doom and gloom.

Watch these blogs and you will see them seep from under rocks with their tainted message. And again it just might be good for them to take back their precious leadership (no I cannot use that word) status in the township.

But for one, I think they should identify themselves for all to see. Stand up and be counted, creditable for what they sprew out, instead of hiding behind quirky screen names.

Their goal: " to have majority on school board", honestly, that is all they want.

Next thing they will tell you is "it will take time to undo what has been done". And belive me, at this point, nothing needs to be undone. We need for doers.
