Hyundias contain the LOWEST domestic made parts!
Among Asianowned carmakers producing vehicles in the U.S. and Canada, domestic content ranged from 76.3% at Toyota to 18% at Hyundai.

parts made overseas profits go back to Korea!

STOP supporting their economies!

My husband, daughter and mother-in-law each bought a Sonata 10 years ago. All 3 cars are still on the road and still preforming well. No big problems. Only 1 recall which was just recently. Fixed immediately. I'd buy another one in a heartbeat.

Toyota, Honda, Hyundai through direct and related employment generate tens of thousands of jobs for American workers. They are large contributors to our economy.

Did you know the Ford Focus is 50% imported parts?
The Toyota Camry is 20% imported parts.
Car manufacturing is global these days, there's no getting away from it.

Hey bannana brain. US car makers dug their own graves by trying to tell the buying public what they should buy instead of asking them what they really want. The result was three tons of rattling iron that rusted out and broke down. Not to mention the 25 gal gas tanks. The asian car makers had their problems initially but corrected the problems fast. They listened to the consumer and started to provide quality products at a good price.

Hay I bought a Cadillac for 50,000 dollars a few years back the Caddy is junk. Three steering shafts, in two years the first was only 6 months old. I have a repair sheet that is 5 pages of parts that been replace. It is the worse car I have ever owned. GM wouldn't even help me out with all the problems I had with it. My husband own two GM trucks both had to have new steering shaft put in at 8,000 miles. Along with other problems. I will never buy a American made car again. Went to trade in my Caddy couldn't even get 5 grand for it. It is a STS it sits in the yard, I now drive a Toyota and a Mazda. Stay away from GM.

GM's Whitacre said the taxpayers will make out on the $50 billion we 'lent' them. He also said the Chevy Volt would get 230 mpg.

Story says they already made a $1 billion payment, didn't say we just 'lent' them another $3 billion.
Anyone that sends me $3 billon can be assured I'll give them $1 billion back. Any takers?

All the foreign auto makers are setting up shop in RED America, from Kentucky on through the entire South East from Georgia to Texas.
They are monstrous facilities breathing much needed financial life into the surrounding communities.
They purposely avoid Blue America as those states are awash with union goon thuggery, off the charts taxes and business destroying regulations.
Why would they even consider Conn., NY or Ill., or ANY blue state for that matter?
They would be out of their minds to do so.
Detroit is now Ice station zebra by killing the goose that laid the golden egg, they will never recover from that mistake.
We had union goons runnuing around my yak farm on Mt. Everest. Funny thing....The guy tripped and was never seen again.
