I wonder what the annual production volumes are looking like in Shreveport these days? I know the Colorado and Canyon aren't selling particularly well, and the Hummer H3 was helping to boost the volumes at that plant. I don't see how GM can keep a massive plant like that open and have only about 600 employees working there.

General Motors should have put diesel clean engines in the Hummers, they would still be around, lots of people would wanted that.

I don't own a Hummer but they are a worldwide symbol of something truly American. BIG mistake if GM shuts down. Make a diesel, make it more fuel efficient, even put a smaller engine in a model (for those who like to be seen in a Hummer)... Europe sells tons of em, and everyone looks and goes oooh-ahhhh.

I have problems with my brakes...Every time I engage my brake pedel the pedel sounds like the springs are coming lose and grinding noises are coming from the rear passager side. This happens EVERY time I brake. My 2007 H3 only has 29,800 miles on it. Does anyone else have this problem?
If so please let me know what you have done about it.
Thanks,

Too bad the commie bosses put the nix on the Chinese company buying Hummer. GM could've used the cash.

Oh well, this vehicle ranks up there with the Cimmaron, the V-8-6-4 engine and the Aztek as GM's worst ideas... to-date.

Still, I'd rather be in a GM vehicle than a Toy-o-Duh p. o. s. death machine
