I found a little card in my owners manual with 3 identical stickers to place in the vehicle. One had a 5 digit number and that was the code. Hope this helps.

I am the second owner of my Odyssey and of course disconnected my battery and got the CODE read out on my radio. After some research and frustration I pulled my radio deck out of my 2003 Odyssey. It was very easy. Take a flathead screw driver and pry on the bottom left hand corner of the black moulding around the radio deck. The clips are metal inside and come off easy, don't worry everything comes off in one piece. There are two electrical connections, one for the passenger airbag indication and one for the interior lights that are easily removed to gain access to the radio. Then remove four screws and the serial # is on a sticker on the top of the deck. Called the dealer that sold the van, gave them the VIN# and Serial# of the radio and got my CODE. Saved an unbelievable $120, what a scam. Do it yourself. It is EASY.

To change the time on the radio you have to press clock and then press +hr +min which should be on the 5 and 6 buttons. Hope this helps!:)
