My '00 OD has 115k. Timing belt never replaced. Does anyone know what symptoms a bad timing belt might create?

None. It will just snap. Should change A.S.A.P.

Ditto, that. Timing belts have a millage limit, and a time limit. Save some money and replace now.

If the belt snaps you could be looking at some serious damage to the engine. Better get it changed, unless you have money lying around for a new engine rebuild.

I believe it can run roughly if the belt has "jumped teeth"

Why. Do you think it was designed for ever. Stop what you are doing and changing it rightaway. You have no clue where it's going to break. The more comments you want to see, the more danger you are in.

Yes, signs may include hesitation or delayed turnover time when starting the engine, rough idling, discoloration of spark plug and or decreased life of spark plug wires. At any rate John is correct on the max service time for the timing belt and hopefully you have already replaced it.

I just had my water pump replaced by my dealer on my 2001 stratus. They advised me to change the timiming chain to. Work was done and by the next day I noticed shaking in steering wheel and it seems to be running in low gear and using lots of fuel. Called that day and told everything was fine on test drive. Would this be a bad timing belt or what?

Not familiar with Chryslers, but if it's a chain, it should never need replacement. Only a belt needs to be changed. Assuming they changed the belt, you need to ride in the car with the mechanic or service writer and point out exactly what the car is doing.
