I had to drill eight doors out for handles and locks today. My customer had a new 2 1/8 hole saw made by Portor Cable(in China). I started with the new saw. After five holes it seemed to be getting dull. Then it got loose. When I tightened it up with a wrench it bent at a severe angle and was unusable. I reverted to my "Made in USA" saw that has drilled dozens of holes to finish my work. The day was saved by American manufacturing.
