Every word in McIntyre's colums is DEAD ON! If the mayor and council don't wake up, there will be more DEAD ON the streets, and more street corner memorials. Do we want to look like Tijuana or Kansas City?

This guy nailed it dead on!

As long as LA remains a sanctuary city they will continue to be a third world city with racist Illegal aliens controlling the streets with their gangs. Racist Illegal aliens are allowed to blatantly kill Americans and terrorize the streets of LA while the city does NOTHING. This behavior has spread into the schools too. There was a race riot at Lock school last week involving 600 students so don't even think your children are safe at school either. This could all be stopped but the LA counsel refuses to enforce the law. The counsel is despicable and should be voted out for protecting the Illegal aliens at any and all cost. The mayor also is to blame and should be voted out. They all have blood on their hands and are as guilty as the Illegal aliens for the slaughter of Americans.

As Doug McIntyre's column shows, we can't rely on the City Council enact Jamiel's Law. And, of course, we wouldn't need Jamiel's Law if Villaraigosa would simply amend Special Order 40 himself -- something he could do with the stroke of a pen.

So we're going to bypass City Hall and put Jamiel's Law on the March 2009 ballot through a petition initiative.

If you'd like to help, please visit my website and sign up for my newsletter so you can stay posted. It's
http://WalterMooreForMayor.com .

In about a month, we expect to have the necessary approval from the City Clerk's office to start gathering signatures. We will then have 120 days to gather about 74,000 signatures. YOU can make a difference.

Here is the current LA Mayors background:

http://www.bruinalumni.com/antonio/antonioind...

Antonio Villaraigosa (then, Tony Villar) leading a protest to include the Communist organization "Committee to Free Los Tres" on the Steering Committee of the Chicano Studies Center. UCLA campus, May 23, 1974.

Chapter 1
“Born to Raise Hell”– at UCLA

Antonio Villaraigosa, a one-time juvenile delinquent still tattooed with the slogan “Born to Raise Hell,” entered the UCLA campus as a transfer student from East Los Angeles Community College in 1972. Known then simply as Tony Villar, he would not successfully graduate by the time he left in 1975.(1) But Villar did leave a wide swath of influence in other, more radical ways.

While on campus, Villar joined the UCLA chapter of Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan (MEChA), and was part of its leadership by 1974. MEChA had only been founded as a regional movement in 1969, and in many ways, the UCLA chapter, and the radical Chicano student left today, is a direct product of Villar’s work then.

“Both Villar and Garcia attacked the Alvarez-directed CSC for working only with government-sponsored drug programs “instead of community organizations like the National Committee to Free Los Tres.””

The “National Committee to Free Los Tres,” it must be understood, was a Los Angeles group created by former MEChistas to defend three members of the militant Chicano organization Casa Carnalismo who were convicted of assaulting a federal narcotics officer posing as a drug dealer in East Los Angeles. Even more telling about this “community organization” that Villar favored is that by 1974, a Marxist-Leninist faction emerged within the NCFLT seeking to deemphasize the social-service aspect of the organization, and hoping to transform its parent group Casa Carnalismo into a "revolutionary vanguard" dedicated to the "liberation of the Mexican people."(5) In a direct and unmistakable way, Villar was advocating for nothing less than a Communist place at the table within UCLA’s Chicano Studies Center.

Tony Villar makes Reverend Jeremiah Wright look like Mother Theresa! Underneath that quasi charm and charisma lurks a Cholo street fighter who, with the aid of his partner in crime, Fabian Nunez, clawed his way into the former 'white' political arena of Los Angeles by screaming on his bullhorn at UCLA in the seventies...demanding Chicano Power; organizing every illegal worker in the city in the eighties and nineties; and working behind the scenes with Mexico to import millions of illiterate third worlders to "occupy" this city. He colluded with La Raza et al, and every corrupt Mexican politician in every corrupt little town, i.e. Maywood, Lynwood, Vernon, Bell, Cudahy, Huntington Park, etc., and eventually shifted the balance of power to the Mexican barrios.
Thirty years later, the chickens have come home to roost! LA is now a kleptocracy...organized and operated by the Mexican mafia.
I would like to know how Walter Moore, or ANYONE else, can expect to restore law and order to my city...how can the Mexican mafia be crushed? How do you propose to get rid of Villar, Alarcon, REYES, Cedillo, Huizar, and all of the up and coming lieutenants? How do you plan to deport gangbangers? What about the 2M illegals in this city? How do you plan to reverse the MEXICANIZATION of Los Angeles?
The only solution, IMHO, is an out-and-out war! Taxpayers MUST revolt! We must no longer pay for our own demise! We, the People, MUST demand OUR rights...and we have the RIGHT to stop the invasion of a foreign country, and we have a RIGHT to oust the TRAITORS who are working for a foreign government! And we have the RIGHT to go to war to fight this invasion!

How i wish that the Daily NEWS would do an expose' about the mayor's pro illegal immigrant stand. i couldnt beleive it that the mayor is demanding ICE to stop doing its job despite the worsening gang violence that is spilling over L.A., over-stretched healthcare funds, crimes, and over crowded schools.
2 years ago when a pro illegal immigrant rally was held in downtown L.A., the mayor attended the rally with a couple of his constituents. What appalled me was when the mayor gave some speeches and started waving the mexican flag. You can see through his eyes how passionate he was and it scares me. It scares me because at that moment I know and i felt that he'll do everything in his power to protect the illegals no matter if it's bad for L.A. or the country. I'm not saying immigrant is bad for the country coz i for one is an immigrant but if they're taking advantage of every welfare available that is totally not beneficial for America, they dont even want to learn english.
It's just frustrating to see groups of people using the racist card everytime one would disagree/contradict anything about illegel immigrants. People need to be more open minded, and people need to follow the rule of law that's what i did, why can't the illegals do it.
Every country has finite resources and we simply cannot afford to have the same status quo. We need to wake up and speak up before california becomes a third world state.

"In a city dying from political correctness we need more Jamiel Srs., we need more Walter Moores. We need people to stand up to the Janice Hahns and demand accountability."

Is this the same Doug McIntyre morning host who refuses to condemn the bureaucrat labor unions and who ignores their oppressive influence on our politicians, our taxes, our democracy and our tax dollars? Would that be because of your own self-interested membership in your own "politically correct" entertainer/writer's labor union?

My heart truly goes out to the Shaw family. They, and their late child, are all outstanding American citizens and most certainly did not deserve this horrible tragedy. The insensitity of the LA politicians is beyond disgusting.

Illegals Kill Freely, While Good Kids Die

Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, California's governor and the bunch of sheep in city hall, who timidly follow without question the dictates of the Hispanic Caucus. It is estimated their are 1.5 million illegal immigrants living in Los Angeles county. They all bow to the special interests groups, that run a monopoly in Los Angeles. They illegally strangled proposition 187, then added added the Sanctuary city ordinance (Special order 40). Its consequences has been massacres by out-of-control street gangs, that threatens anybody who steps in their neighborhood. It killed a young black man, whose only crime was to be on their turf at the wrong time.'Jamiels Law' should be enacted to protect innocent citizens and Chief of Police Bratton's Special Order 40 should be eradicated and leave the police enquirer the status of anybody they question.

According to the grieving family of the murdered young man, that even the Prosecutor on the case tried to intimidate them The family, stated they are determined to prosecute this case as a 'Hate Crime' So Police chief Bratton wants to keep the abhorrent 'Special order 40' as a law, even though hundreds of people have been heinously slaughtered by animals in street gangs. Jamiels family has a petition at (www.jamielslaw.com), to rescind this law, that has allowed dangerous gangs to propagate. I signed the petition today, so that this tormented family can get this law on a ballot measure. You too can also sign the petition! The fact that the majority of the street gangs in any community across the county are illegal aliens, including the MS 13 violent animals, who threaten and kill indiscriminately.

Californian citizens demand their Democratic lawmakers co-author the pending federal SAVE ACT (H.R.4088) it will not only strengthen other state laws, but also remove the obnoxious stain from Los Angeles called a SANCTUARY CITY. Los Angeles and other city governments around this nation needs a good cleaning and its putrefaction should be emptied down the gutter and washed away with the other waste.

Now they are trying to smear Jamiel's memory by saying that he wore a red belt and hence was a gang member. How low is that?? It shows how darn desperate they are, and Jamiel Senior should be happy to know how scared they.

Mine too.

LA officials should all be held accountable and charged as co-conspiritors in Jamiel's death since they protected the Illegal scum gangbanger with special order 40.
Fed UP Citizen
As reported in today's Daily News, Valley Bureau Dep. Chief Moore wants to actually do something to cut gang crime, which includes drug dealings, murder and terrorizing the cops (who they know have their hands tied by pro-illegal leadership from enforcing SP40's weak teeth, even): to issue a gang injunction against the San Fer's. Finally.

What's the response of the District Councilman, Richard Alarcon? Naturally, to call a community meeting to attack Chief Moore and his cops, claiming in so many words that they're the ones hurting home values, NOT graffiti and violence from the gang: "the community is more afraid of a gang injunction than of the gangs." What a reprehensible, horrible little man!(Also the one who jumped up in City Council to launch a pre-emptive attack on the Shaws when they went to City Hall to make their heartfelt plea for Jamiel's Law, accusing THEM of being the ones to sow racial division and being ignorantly influenced by right wing talk radio! Along with leftie Bill Rosendahl.)

Tony Cardenas, head of the Council's Ad Hoc Committee on gangs, supported Alarcon's views on Thursday, proving that despite his long, unseemly battle with Chick for control of gang programs, he's not to be trusted to do anything more than take taxpayer money and throw it at gangbangers to "control the streets" themselves. Like Hahn is doing, who's also opposed gang injunctions in South L A for the same reasons as Alarcon -- and her friend Betty Day can't be forced to give up her revenue stream from drug dealings by her son's gang. In the guise of preventing "worse" crimes....

These people ARE a disgrace, thank Goodness for Ofc. Michel Moore. Wish Dep. Chief Sergio Diaz, who's in charge of East L A from Glassell Park's to McArthur Park's notorious gang problems, were more like him. Diaz, like his political "bosses" insists that trying to identify gangbangers, especially illegals, increases crime. Okay....
