Ford to temporarily lay off Michigan Assembly employees, idle plant for two weeks
The Dearborn-based automaker plans to idle the plant, located about 20 miles west of Detroit in Wayne, Mich., the weeks of Oct. 28 and Nov. 16 to trim inventories.

This is no surprise.when redone.mustang first came into production it sold well. Later sales waned now they have fusion. The car made here is quality.but there is much more competion than when maverick or nova came out . Everyone is betting on great sales. Sometimes the model sales slow down. Competitiveness is really what drives quality.so there r many competitors with exciting models.
