When I turn off the car and take the key out the dash lights, running lights, and radio stays on. I think I accidentally shifted the tumbler in the ignition. Does anyone know anything about this???

Yes, I am having this same problem but with a 1998 Honda Civic DX 2 Door Coupe. I just started to switch around the fuses finding that they had the wrong set fuse in them one being a 20 that needed only a 7.5 fuse ??? After finding that under the hood fuse box had a blown 7.5 radio backup fuse gone, I replaced it with the one that was for the interior light (same voltage by the way 7.5) it was that I found I could turn the key all the way off and take it out with the lights all the way off that it still had tail lights and the orange lights running also my deck would flash on and off constantly as if the constant 12 volt wire was playing into this maybe. Any help would be great.
