i bought the relay, but i cannot find where it goes? please help me, thanks.

i have a 96 t bird and the switch to turn the car off will crank the car but will turn it off i have to disconnect the battery to turn it off. i replaced the lock cyc and it stll the same. it seems loose when i turn it back. neep help
